If your goal is to make a positive impact on the lives of sexual assault survivors, especially those whose voices have been under-represented, then this paid fellowship is a perfect opportunity to embark on your professional journey. Part of the Maryland Coalition Against Sexual Assault’s (MCASA) mission is to provide technical assistance, training, outreach, education, and prevention. Our team works together to produce trainings, address system change, and increase public awareness. Our staff uses a multicultural, multidisciplinary approach including use of social media, in person, and internet communications. Through this fellowship, you will be meeting the needs of underserved populations by providing outreach and training to the communities and professionals that serve them and developing your own professional skills and experience. This is a full-time position that reports to the Division Manager. This position requires a one year commitment.
