Join HopeWorks for this interactive workshop designed for beginning and experienced writers. It will be an opportunity to connect and play with your authentic voice; to begin, to rejuvenate, or recommit, to a creative craft that reveals, heals and celebrates. We will have fun exploring techniques that work as a catalyst for writing with rhythm, texture and meaning.

About Poetry N2 Wellness & Action

HopeWorks’ Poetry N2 Wellness & Action workshops use the power of words to encourage healing, community-building, cultural shifts, liberation and celebration.  Programs are open to the general public and to survivors who are out of crisis.

Poetry N2 Wellness & Action workshops are educational/wellness programs, and are not intended to replace or to be a substitute for counseling.

This arts-based workshop is made possible by the Howard County Arts Council through a grant from Howard County Government.

Questions? Please contact Vanita Leatherwood, Director of Community Engagement, at outreach@wearehopeworks.org or call (410) 997- 0304.
