Research indicates that millions of adults are stalked each year, including 13.8% of women in Maryland experiencing stalking (NISVS State Data, 2017), yet stalking is a crime that is often misunderstood, minimized, or missed entirely. In this interactive training for domestic violence service providers and allied professionals, we will explore the risk factors associated with intimate partner stalking and how service providers can help survivors in risk assessment, documentation, and safety planning.
